Each leather product is unique. Leather is a natural material that undergoes the test of time and may have natural aging and fade. As each piece is handmade and wholesomely unique, the product you receive will be slightly different than the photos shown. No two items will ever be the exact same.
All products are photographed as accurately as possible to capture the true nature and patterning of the leather surface. The colour and leather finish will vary between each piece, as it is an intentional reflection of the true nature of a handmade item. If you have a specific request please contact us.
The nature of leather is the aged character it builds throughout its lifetime, please know that slight markings and imperfections of the leather is a natural process and is not a fault of the finished product.
To ensure the vibrancy and quality of finish, please spray the surface with a leather protector.
Each item is made to order so please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be made, shipped and delivered. We currently accept payment via PayPal Express Checkout, if you wish to process payment via direct bank transfer then please email me directly.
For orders to be delivered by a specific date, please contact me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to order placement. This will enable me to prepare ahead and have your order finalized and delivered to you within a reasonable time frame.
All national orders are shipped by Australia Post Regular service at a flat rate of $8.25.
We also ship to the United States at a rate of $21.10 and the United Kingdom at a rate of $25.20 through International Post.
If you are based outside of these countries but would like to express an interest for an international purchase then please contact us directly to calculate shipment costs, prior to submitting an order.
If you are unhappy or feel we have grossly misrepresented your leather good(s), please contact us within 5 days of delivery date to exchange your item. We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
